Warranty & Faulty items
We offer a 30-day warranty on most of our products (excluding lubricants) providing they have not been modified (e.g. soldered) or otherwise customised (lubed/opened).
Please inspect your order upon receipt, if an item is defective, or you receive the wrong item, please get in touch via the contact form on our website.
Acceptable defects for Keycaps covered by this policy include malformed keys, deep scratches and misprinted legends.
It does not cover small imperfections or features of the keys such as sprue marks or other minor imperfections which do not affect the overall quality of the product.
Returns Policy
If you have changed your mind, we can offer a refund for items returned within 30 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a refund, we require the item to be in unused condition with all parts, in its undamaged original packaging.
Products not returned in their original condition will not be eligible for a full refund.
Customers will be liable for return shipping costs.
Items can be returned to the address below.

Once it has arrived it will be checked over by the team, if approved a refund will be issued.
Refunds
If you would like to request a refund or return, please use the contact form on our website.
Refunds will be processed once it has been received in our warehouse and checked over by our team.
Once a refund has been approved funds usually clear in around 1-2 days, but can take up to 10 depending on your payment method.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Pre-paid return labels used without authorisation will have costs deducted.
Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
Taxes for EU customers are non-refundable once the shipment has entered the destination country.
Please note, that it is your responsibility to ensure the safe delivery of returned items.
It is recommended that you use a tracked or signed-for delivery service.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please send us a message via the contact form.
For in-stock items, all cancellations will be accepted provided it has not yet been dispatched.
Normally, we are able to accept cancellations for group-buys if the group buy is still live.
Once a group-buy has closed and the orders have been sent off to the manufacturer, we are usually unable to cancel/edit orders.
Orders that include services are unable to be cancelled once the work has been started.
In the case that your order has already been dispatched, a customer return will have to be made.
