Q: Why have I been asked for verification?
A: Shopify has it's own fraud detection system that compares orders to fraudulent ones to spot patterns. An order could be flagged up for many reasons,
such as: Your shipping address doesn't match your billing address, your IP address locates you somewhere other than your given billing address or if shopify can't locate you via your IP address.
This is just a few examples of why your order could be marked as fraudulent, there are many of other reasons, some of which shopify doesn't inform us of.
Q: How can I avoid getting my order marked as fraudulent?
A: We recommend double checking your billing and shipping address before completing your order, this will avoid any variance that shopify may pick up on.
We also recommend that you avoid using any VPN/IP masking software as this will also most likely be flagged.
Q: How will you verify my identity if my order is marked a fraudulent?
A: We may ask for billing address verification, this can include: A driving licence, recent utility bill, tax bill or recent credit card/bank statement.

A: If for any reason you can't/won't send us the billing address verification we will cancel and refund your order via the original payment method.
Please feel free to recreate your order with an amended address or alternative payment method.
